What are your strongest characteristics or qualities as a person?
I would like to think that I am a hardworking person who exemplifies responsibility, trust, ambition, and empathy. I think I am also a good listener.
Why did you start playing soccer?
My parents put me in soccer at a young age, as do most parents, and I have stayed with it ever since.
How long have you been playing soccer?
I have been playing soccer since I was 5 years old, so it has been 16 years now.
What do you love the most about soccer?
Soccer is such a team sport. I love the atmosphere associated with soccer and the team camaraderie.
What are your responsibilities as being the team captain?
As a captain you are being looked to for direction on and off the field, whether that be with what we are going to wear to our away games or how we can improve our play when things are not going how we want them to during a game.
What are you satisfied with about the current soccer season?
We have stuck to our style of soccer and I think that is pretty satisfying knowing we can do that despite how our opponents play.
Best of luck to the women’s soccer team as they finish up their season!
