HC: How would you describe yourself?
JB: I would describe myself as outgoing, caring, beautiful, and ambitious.
HC: Biggest turn-off?
JB: A man that never wants to get a haircut.
HC: What do you love most about yourself?
JB: I treat everyone with the same respect and give off the same type of energy that I would want to receive, whether it is my friend or a stranger.
HC: Who inspires you the most?
JB: My dad because he’s a hard worker and a role model. I really appreciate everything he does for me.
HC: What is your most embarrassing moment?
JB: Besides the fact that I trip over my shoes every day, my most embarrassing moment was around March of freshman year. I decided to look cute for class because it was a 12-2 day and I was hungry so I got Chick-fil-A. When I left, I tripped outside the Stu and all of my Chick-fil-A fell everywhere. Mind you, I had on heels so it made it ten times worst. I was so embarrassed I ran all the way back to VC.
HC: Sneakers or heels?
JB: Both really, it just depends on how I’m feeling in the morning when I wake up and how far I have to walk.
HC: What are your goals for 2018?
JB: My number one goal is to get closer to God. Also my fitness goal, which I’ve been working very hard on so far this year.
HC: What’s more important talent or hard work?
JB: Â Hard work is more important because you can have all the talent in the world but that doesn’t mean you’re going to make it. You have to put in the work to get the results you want.
HC: Favorite artist?
JB: Drake. He’s handsome and I’ve been with him since Degrassi. God’s plan is for me to be in his life.
HC: What is the biggest misconception about you?
JB: The biggest misconception about me is that I’m bougie, but really I just be chilling realyl.
HC: What is something no one knows about you?
JB: I’ve been on a natural hair journey for 2 1/2 years but no one would ever know.
HC: What have you learned from being a student at Hampton University so far?
JB: I’ve learned that there are a lot of people that do things for the wrong reasons, but there are also a lot of people who truly care and want to make a difference.
We hope you loved getting to know Jordan just as much as we did! #HCXO
