History was made at Hampton University this past week. Hampton is the first Historically Black College to compete in Division I men’s lacrosse. Its only right that we have one of the young men on Hampton’s campus be recognized for being apart of such greatness. Kendall Sapp is sophomore, Computer Information Systems major from Alexandria, Virginia. He is currently on the Men’s Lacrosse team and is also in the Navy ROTC. Kendall may look like a serious guy who doesn’t like to joke around but actually he is the total opposite. He is one of the funniest guys that you ladies might run into.
HC: How important is black history to you?
