We offer the sexiest athletic apparel in Hawaii. Our tagline is āAthletic apparel forged with aloha.ā
Howād you come up with idea of making an athletic apparel line?:
I was in the middle of pounding Buffalo wings and beer in cafĆ© Anasia and my million dollar idea suddenly sparked on me. I presented my idea to a friend and they said, āThatās stupid,” and I said, āYouāll seeā¦ā
Did they see?
Yeah I proved him wrong. We made almost 10 grand in the first month.
Did you do it all on your own?
No I have a business partner Nickā¦ who claims heās really sexy, but hates to be photographed.
Howād you come up with the name āShakas and Snatchesā?
Thereās really no thought behind it. I was just having fun.Ā
You also have another business with a gym right? Tell me about that.
Iām in the process of starting a Crossfit gym in Cali. Itās called Crossfit Volition. For all those who are too lazy to look it up, volition is āthe power of will. ā Our goal: to make people look good naked.
Myth debunk! Ā One of the biggest reasons women don’t like to lift is that they are afraid of becoming big and bulky. What is your take on that?
Its completely false and a myth. The reality is girls donāt have the same testosterone levels as men to build a significant amount of muscle mass. It is physiologically impossible for women to naturally get as bulky as men and most people arenāt going to work out at the intensity to even come close to looking bulky.

The definition of Crossfit is constantly varied functional movements performed at a high intensity. Basically if you want to lose fat, get stronger, jump higher, run longer, run faster, or do anything and everything better andĀ improve your overall health and fitness, Cross fit is for you.
