On a more serious note: If you are dealing with a breakup no matter if it was recent or not, know that you are valuable. You’re allowed to feel angry, sad, happy – pretty much anything about it. You lost someone who you thought would always be there. I think it’s good to process the downsides of a breakup as well as remembering the good in who you were before them.
