Oatmeal Cookies
– oats
– a ripe banana
– cinnamon
– blueberries (optional)
Mash the banana and add oatmeal until you get a batter that can be shaped into cookies. Then add cinnamon to taste and some blueberries, make little cookie shapes and microwave them for 1 to 3 minutes. Remember to check them every minute, though – these cookies get burnt quicker than an avocado goes bad!
The Superpower Smoothie
– fresh ginger and/or turmeric to taste
– 1 lemon
– 1 stalk of celery
– fresh mint leaves (to taste)
– ½ avocado
– 1 dl of frozen mango
– 1 scoop of protein powder (optional)
Just blend everything together and enjoy this life-giving smoothie on the go!
The Porridge Pancake
– leftover porridge
– sweetener of choice
– coconut oil
– cinnamon
Look, I know this sounds slightly disgusting but just trust me on this, OK? Mix all ingredients (but oil) together and just treat the batter as you would any pancake mix – that is, scoop a generous amount of it on the pan and don’t forget to add enough coconut oil! This is honestly so good!!
