One of my all-time favorite bands has to be the long lasting, still kicking band, Train. They have been around since 1993 and continue to create hit after hit. They almost seem underappreciated to most, because no one acknowledges how long they have been around, and how great their songs really are.

My favorite song by them has to be the classic hit “Drops of Jupiter,” which came out March 27th, 2001. Whenever I hear the first chord of the piano entry, I just know what song it is, and I am ready to burst out into song. It is one of those songs that make you feel happy and calm.

They did not stop with the hits there, however. Train then came out with Hey Soul Sister and continued with Drive By, 50 Ways to Say Goodbye and Angel In Blue Jeans, all popular songs you’ve probably heard on the radio before.

They have taken tours with other artists like Gavin DeGraw , and I really hope to see them take on a world tour soon. They are that type of band that you can excitingly rock out to but also take a step back and just enjoy the music and the atmosphere you’re in. That would definitely be a concert I’d love to see.
