Guilt-Free Dessert Recipe: Coffee Chocolate Chip Balls

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Holy Cross chapter.

Looking for a healthy, protein filled snack or dessert? No Bake Balls are quick, easy to make, and will leave you satisfied! While the COVID-19 pandemic forced us to stay at home, I have been spending a lot of my time in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes. I love to indulge in sweets, but it recently occurred to me to start satisfying my sweet tooth with a healthy twist. After scrolling on Instagram to get some inspiration through several food accounts I follow, I saw these accounts featuring different renditions of this somewhat trendy concept of ā€œguilt-free treats.ā€ They looked to me kinda like balls of cookie dough or those infamous cake pops sold at Starbucks, so I figured Iā€™d give them a shot. Not only are these balls extremely simple to make, they are low carb, high protein, keto-friendly, gluten-free, and vegan! While I have been experimenting with various flavors, I thought I would share with you all the recipe to my favorite flavor of these delicious No Bake Balls.Ā
