Are you looking for a place to enjoy good food and good views? If so, I have a list of all my favorite restaurants in Boston here for all you girls this week:) Here at Holy Cross, we have easy access to Boston through shuttle transportation, the commuter rail, uber, and or your own car! Being only an hour outside the Greater Boston area allows for fun activities to do with your gf’s on the weekends, especially when it comes to dining! The restaurants included are perfect for Saturday/ Sunday brunch with friends or even a night out on the town. Daytime or nighttime, dress-up or dress-down, I have a spot for everyone to enjoy.Â
Lolita Fort Point
At the top of my list is without a doubt one of my favorite places to go out to eat! Whether you are looking for great Mexican inspired cuisine or drinks (for my 21+ ladies out there), they have it all. For reference, my standard order at Lolita is a bunch of apps to share (guacamole, queso, quesadillas!!!) and an order of their steak tacos….. YUM!Â
Antico Forno
Having a craving for Italian food? Don’t walk, run to Antico Forno in Boston’s North End. This quaint spot in the heart of an Italian-American neighborhood brings a taste of Italy to your plate without the travel ;) Great location for a girls night and amazing pasta dishes.
Eataly
Want a quick slice of pizza on the go? How about a cappuccino and a croissant? Eataly is the way to go. Located right in Back Bay within the Prudential center lies another taste of Italian culture and cuisine. However, this is a unique place to dine, as you can either sit at one of their restaurants, grab food to go, or even grocery shop. Eataly is super versatile, and one of my favorite lunches while I shop in the Pru!Â
Stephanie’s on Newbury
A classic Newbury Street restaurant can’t get better than Stephanie’s! I included this restaurant not only because the food is great, but also because of the outdoor dining option and the convenient location. Easy place to go after shopping with your friends:)Â
Tatte Bakery & Caffe
A local favorite located all over the city is Tatte. The best for coffees, delicious pastries, and breakfast sandwiches. If you ever need a study spot with great food, this is the place for you.Â
Empire Boston
Although I could keep this list going forever, I decided to cap it off with Empire Boston located in the Seaport. Awesome sushi, Asian-inspired dishes, and desserts make the experience worth it. The views in and outside the restaurant are stunning and the Seaport is definitely a spot worth visiting with friends.Â
