And our next bachelor is…Peter Weber! Tuesday night’s episode of Bachelor in Paradise ended with a major announcement of who we get to see as the next bachelor. Peter, the second runner up on Hannah Brown’s season of The Bachelorette, will be the leading man entering in to season 24 of The Bachelor. Although we got to know him somewhat well on Hannah’s season, here are five facts about Peter Weber to get you ready to watch him every Monday night!
1. He is a Pilot
As his Instagram name gives away (@pilot_pete), Peter is a commercial pilot for Delta airlines. As we saw in his hometown date with Hannah, he comes from a family of pilots as well. His dad and brother are pilots as well.
2. He Lives in Westlake Village, California
Peter apparently still lives with his parents, so his time in the mansion could finally get him to move out with a new fiancée.
3. He Was in the Final Three of Hannah Brown’s Season
Based off of watching Hannah’s season, it was clear that the two had a very strong connection. Not only did we see the progression of their relationship on screen, but Hannah announced on the After the Final Rose special that she and Peter did in fact have sex FOUR times in a windmill.
4. He is Extremely Attractive
Not only is all of Bachelor nation swooning over his looks, but Cassie and Colton are all for him as well. Cassie admitted, “I think Peter is super cute. I think he would be a good bachelor.” Colton voiced his approval for Peter for bachelor as well.
5. He Plans Some Very Romantic Dates
We saw just how romantic his hometown date with Hannah was on our screens when he took her on a plan ride over California. However, he didn’t just do that while he was in the spotlight on the show. He also had a date with another previous girlfriend where he took her on a plane ride to Santa Barbara and had dinner at sunset. It looks like the dates for his season might have girls setting the bar higher for their significant others.
