Something such as calming music to start the morning right can make a difference. You can also write every morning to get all of your negative feelings out and be ready for the day.Â
- Notice your response to people or situations.Â

If you are having a conversation with someone and that person is beginning to get you stressed, annoyed, or uncomfortable, notice how you react to that person. Keep a calm attitude and calmly explain what you did like about what was said, or done. It is hard to maintain a calm attitude in certain situations, but it’s best to breathe deep and keep a positive attitude.

Certain moments, we may feel personally targeted when someone hurts us with their actions or words because they’re under a lot of stress.
