No effort required for this recipe- just pick any of the following ingredients and throw them in a bag together to snack on later.
Ingredients:
From the cereal bar: granola, cheerios, Chex
From the salad bar: raisins, craisins, sunflower seeds, banana chips, nuts
Apple Pie Filling
A delicious, sweet treat that’s still healthy!
Ingredients:
1 apple
2-3 tablespoons granola
Splash of water
Optional: cinnamon, brown sugar, drizzled honey (from the coffee/tea bar)
Directions: Chop up the apple into cubes, combine other ingredients and microwave. Try wrapping it up in a tortilla or using it to top your toast.

Ingredients:
1 banana
1 tbsp. peanut butter (from bread/bagel bar)
½ cup milk or milk alternate
1 cup ice
Directions:
Blend it all together until it’s smooth.

Ingredients:
1 tortilla (from deli station)
Shredded cheese (from the salad bar)
Add-ins of choice (from salad bar/deli)
Directions:
Either warm it up in the microwave or cook it on the stove.
Pizza Bagels
These make a great meal when you don’t want to drop money on delivery.
Ingredients:
Bagel
Marinara sauce (from pasta bar)
Toppings of choice (from salad bar/deli)
Cinnamon Apple Gilled Cheese
This sweet and savory sandwich will satisfy your sweet tooth and keep you full!
Ingredients:
1 apple
2 slices of bread (especially good with cinnamon raisin bread)
2 slices of cheese (from deli)
Cream cheese (from bread/bagel bar)
Optional: honey to drizzle
Directions:
Slice apple thinly and arrange fillings between bread. If you have access to a stove, cook like a normal grilled cheese. If not, toast the bread first then arrange fillings.

3 cups grape juice
¾ cup apple juice
½ cup orange juice
1 orange
1 small apple
Optional: soda (plain or Sprite) to flavor

Combine all juices together. Thinly slice fruit and let it sit in the refrigerator.
