- The gigantic mob of people before even entering. A lot of people show up hours early just to be the first in like a Beyoncé concert. Then when they open the doors, it’s like all hell breaks loose for a seat. They fill up within seconds and there’s never enough. I personally hate the first come first serve policy, I feel it is unsafe and unfair. My proposal is a security guard or two or even a.  to seat people. It should not have to be World War III just to enjoy a game. Plus, it would keep some of these CHILDREN under control. (I swear these people don’t know how to act right) On top of security, provide a ticket as everyone enters the door by the number of seats there are. That way we can have some sort of orderly fashion without being trampled or sitting on the floor.
- Noise control. I get it, college kids are loud and can’t control themselves but come on, there’s no reason for bingo, of all games to sound like a frat house on a Friday night. I don’t really know how to control the situation, but I feel once we get the entering and seating down the noise will control itself. (hopefully)
- Actual bingo dotting sticks. Any IUP to it knows that we have to use our phones to mark our cards. Not to sound like a boomer, but technology for bingo???? I feel it will bring back the identity of the game. You’re probably wondering how to fit it in the budget but… Look at some of the prizes they give away… I could go on about how annoying this night since starting this new semester but… it’s that bad.
