So far this has been a stressful semester. Trying to manage my internship and the class that I am taking at the same time is challenging. This class is giving me a run for my money. This class has a lot of assignments that have unusual deadlines and different times that I’m not used to. Doing assignments for my internship agency all day, and then writing about them for the writing-intensive part of completing my internship, I just don’t have time to think. I wanted to share some of the things that I do to destress.
- Read a book
- Watch your favorite movie or tv show
- Treat yourself to coffee/ your favorite drink
- Go for a hot girl walk
- Go to the gym
- Bullet Journal
- Look on Pinterest
- Take a nap
- Yoga or Pilates
- Watch YouTube
- Organizing
- Shopping online
- Cook or bake something you want to try
- Cuddle with your pets
All these things help me destress when needed. If you haven’t tried any of these before, go ahead and try them. It could help relieve your stress.
