I was scrolling on TikTok the other night and found the CUTEST recipe for St. Patrick’s Day: Lucky Charm cookies! They are perfect for IUPatties or any other St. Patrick’s Day gatherings. These are so easy and affordable to make; let’s get into the ingredients!

Makes 12 cookies

  • 1 egg
  • Âľ cup of brown sugar
  • 1 stick of butter softened
  • ÂĽ cup of sugar
  • 1 ½ cups of flour
  • ¾  tsp. of baking soda
  • ½  tsp. of salt
  • 1 tsp. of vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup of cereal marshmallows

Mix together egg, brown sugar, butter, sugar, flour, baking soda, salt, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Place white chocolate chips and cereal marshmallows in a bowl together. Fold in the mixture in increments until fully combined with the cookie batter.

Bake at 350 degrees for 10–12 minutes, then let them cool down for 5 minutes and enjoy!

Note: You can double or triple the recipe, depending on the amount you are making. This is the recipe for a single batch. Finally, when they come out of the oven, they should be as big as your average chocolate chip cookie.
