Ingredients:
- Sugar – 1 1/3 cups
- Butter – 3/4 cup
- Eggs – 2 eggs
- Bread Flour – 3 1/4 cups
- Baking Powder – 2.5 tsp
- Baking Soda – 2.5 tsp
- Salt – 3/4 tsp
- Sour Cream – 1 1/3 cups
- Vanilla – 1 T
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees and spray a bundt pan with cooking sprayĀ
- Cream together butter and sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy
- Mix together eggs, sour cream, and vanilla in a small bowl
- Sift together dry ingredients in a separate small bowl
- Combine alternately the wet and dry ingredients into the butter and sugar mixture until just combined
- Add mixture to bundt pan and bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
- Let cool and take out of the pan
- Cut into slices and enjoy!
