Ingredients:

  • Sugar – 1 1/3 cups
  • Butter – 3/4 cup
  • Eggs – 2 eggs
  • Bread Flour – 3 1/4 cups
  • Baking Powder – 2.5 tsp
  • Baking Soda – 2.5 tsp
  • Salt – 3/4 tsp
  • Sour Cream – 1 1/3 cups
  • Vanilla – 1 T

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees and spray a bundt pan with cooking sprayĀ 
  2. Cream together butter and sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy
  3. Mix together eggs, sour cream, and vanilla in a small bowl
  4. Sift together dry ingredients in a separate small bowl
  5. Combine alternately the wet and dry ingredients into the butter and sugar mixture until just combined
  6. Add mixture to bundt pan and bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
  7. Let cool and take out of the pan
  8. Cut into slices and enjoy!

She also writes recipes for Her Campus at the IUP chapter. Beyond Her Campus, Gabriella is the president for Management Association and vice president of Eta Sigma Delta. She is a senior majoring in Hospitality Management. She also has a certificate in baking and pastry from Indiana University of Pennsylvania Academy of Culinary Arts. She competed her externship at Nemacolin as a pastry extern. In her free time, Gabriella likes to watch Friends and bake. If it is someoneā€™s birthday , Gabriella always makes them a special cake. She works as a server and a line cook at The Mayfield, which she loves. She started working there in the summer of 2023 and works there when she goes home on the weekends. This is her favorite job she has ever had!
