1. Set an alarm 45 minutes before your actual alarm.
It’s a cheap trick, but you’ll feel like you’re sleeping in.
2. Dress up!
When you look good, you feel good. Everybody knows that.
3. Take time for a good breakfast.
Long day ahead? Start it off right. After all, breakfast is the most important meal of the day…
4. Listen to music while you get ready.
Dance around to T-Swift, chill to The 1975, or something in between. A playlist tailored to your taste is destined to put you in a better mood!
5. Make time for a coffee run!
Whether you side with Starbucks, Dunkin, or Einstein’s- it can never hurt to get a good cup of Joe.
6. Treat yourself to a snack between classes.
Mondays are hard. You deserve that donut.
7. Reward yourself at the end of the day!
Whether you had those easy lectures or you just survived three midterms- you did it! Enjoy some R&R by vegging out to some Netflix or getting to sleep early so you can tackle Tuesday!
