It’s a new week and you want to avoid the Sunday scaries. You have exams coming up and lots on your plate, so starting the week can be overwhelming. The best thing to do is take a break, relax, and do you!
1.Release your spirituality- going to church, grabbing brunch with friends, yoga class, etc.
2. Start your week off with a good sweat sesh. Burn off those extra weekend calories, release positive endorphins and feel good about yourself.
3. Try to spread out your work or chores over the weekend so you’re not as overwhelmed come Sunday night.
4. Cook yourself a healthy, nutritious meal. Try something new and make extras for lunch the next day!
5. End your night off with a tv show, a movie, or FaceTiming close friends or family!
