In the movie the ‘Hunger Games,’ Effie Trinket has gorgeous nails that can be seeing during the “reaping.” Now, whether you’re a ‘Hunger Games’ fan or not, these nails can be turned into a beautiful look for the springtime! By swapping out the deep magenta color for a light pink, the finished nail look just screams happiness and sunshine.
