There are some TV series and characters that are so talented they have stolen our hearts, brought us to tears and made us laugh until we couldn’t breathe. Some of us have grown so close to these on screen characters that we feel like we know them personally. And some of us have grown so close that we actually talk to the TV while watching reruns. Sadly, all series must one day come to an end (besides Pretty Little Liars, will that show ever end?) and when these series come to an end some of us are left questioning everything. Her Campus has compiled a list of 10 TV series we wish never ended.
Gossip Girl (2007-2012)
I’m still in denial that Gossip Girl has ended. You can find me binge watching reruns on Netflix on the regular. I will forever idolize Serena van der Woodsen and Blair Waldorf.
Â
Boy Meets World (1993-2000)
May we forever cherish the life lessons that Mr. Feeny taught us.
Â
Sex and the city (1984-2004)
These four fabulous ladies taught us everything we need to know about fashion, men and true friendship.
The 70’s Show (1998-2006)
Even if you didn’t grow up in the 70’s you can probably relate to our favorite group of teenagers.
Suburgatory (2011-2014)
This show recently ended and is still an open wound for Her Campus. We were so sad to see this American sitcom end this past May.
The Office (2005-2013)
We can all agree that The Office was never the same once Michael Scott left.
Â
Drake & Josh (2004-2007)
If you say you didn’t have a crush on Drake then I don’t believe you.
Gilmore Girls (2000-2007)
Rory and Lorelai were by far our favorite mother and daughter duo.
What I Like About You (2002-2006)
And a moment of silence for Amanda Bynes please.
