For the majority of college students, coffee is a necessity in their daily routine. For me, having coffee in the morning is soothing and gives me energy for the rest of the day. However, going to Starbucks every day took a toll on my body. After noticing how much weight I gained from Starbucks drinks alone, I was on a mission to find my healthier/lower calorie versions of my favorite Starbucks drinks and I’m here to tell you that I was successful. Here is a list of some of my favorite drinks that I have tried all under 200 calories!
1. Grande Latte with Almond Milk and Sugar Free Cinnamon Dolce

2. Ask for almond milk
3. Ask for sugar free cinnamon dolce syrup
2. Snickerdoodle White Mocha

HOW TO ORDER:
1. Ask for a GRANDE White Mocha
2. Ask for 1 pump of White Mocha
3. Ask for 1 pumps of sugar free cinnamon dolce
4.Ask for STEAMED ALMOND MILK
5. Ask for LIGHT WATER
6. Add 1-2 stevia packets AFTER they serve you your drink.
3. Iced Cinnamon Almond Milk Macchiato
Calories= 90 calories

HOW TO ORDER:

2. Ask to substitute 4 pumps of sugar free cinnamon dolce
3. Ask for Light Caramel Drizzle

You can really make any drink at Starbucks a little healthier by switching you milk to different milk substitutes such as almond milk or coconut milk AND most syrups come in sugar free versions (and they taste exactly the same)
