There are thousands of workout videos out there on YouTube that you can do from the comfort of your own dorm room. So yes, if you really wanted to, you could work out in your pajamas.
The best part of all is that the majority of YouTube workouts are completely equipment-free. The only thing you need is yourself (obviously), some water, and maybe a friend or two to join you. Also, the large selection of videos out there ensures that there really is something out there everybody, no matter what your level.
