Â
What extracurricular activities are you involved in? “I play Ultimate Frisbee, I’m a brother of Alpha Delta Phi, and I’m in a band called Poor Remy. I’m also a Beer and Sex advisor.”

Thoughts on Nicki Minaj? “I would invite her to perform at my wedding.”
Â
Where’s your favorite place to study? “My least favorite place is Gund Commons— a.k.a Gunderworld—but it sucked my soul away long ago, so I kind of belong there.”
Â
I’ve heard you’re a great sous chef. “If you put me in apron I’ll do just about anything.”
Â
How do you like your eggs? “Fertilized.”
Â
What’s the best class you’ve taken at Kenyon? “Achilles’ Children with Perry Lentz. I showed up at 8:10 every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday of my freshman year; he was such a good teacher, they named a building after him and he didn’t even pay for it. The class was based on the classics, and it inspired to me to name my firstborn daughter Penelope. And I don’t mean that as subtext for wanting to have kids right now, so back off, ladies.”
Â
Dinner at the Kenyon Inn on Valentine’s Day: Sweet or trite? “Even if the seafood is fresh, don’t order it. That alone will determine if it’s a romantically fulfilling night.”
Â
What are your thoughts on Heidegger’s “question of being”? “Question everything except for being.”
Â
Describe your style. “Comfortable and whatever’s at arm’s reach from my bedside. Sometimes I’ll throw on a collared shirt for the weekends. I’m a big fan of formal Fridays.”

What’s a deal breaker in a relationship? “Socks and sandals.”
Â
Has anyone ever asked you if your full name is Kenyon? “Yeah. I paid for this school so they named it after me.”
