Every October, when Halloween approaches, I get inspired to make an array of fall-inspired recipes. Here’s just a few of my favorites to cure cravings and get you into the spooky spirit of the season.

1.Spider Cookies

Have you ever made the cookies with a Hershey kiss on top? This is an upgrade–to a Reese’s. That’s all.

2. Strawberry Ghosts

Not only are these cute, but they’re also super easy. For a healthier substitute, try dipping your strawberries in Greek yogurt and freezing them for a fun froyo-fruit combo!

3. Spooky Cinnamon Sugar Crisps

These cookies are a must for anyone wanting to (pumpkin) spice up their life. Just imagine how good your kitchen will smell after making these!

5. Rice Krispie Pumpkins (http://onelittleproject.com/rice-krispie-treat-pumpkins/)

Rice Krispie treats are easy to make and fit almost any season. For Autumn and Halloween, these pumpkins are a great treat. Add a scary face with black icing to make your pumpkin treat into a Jack-o-Lantern.

6. PB&J Spiders

This recipe transforms a childhood favorite into a spooky treat perfect for Halloween season.

7. Jack-O-Lantern Brownies (https://thenovicechefblog.com/2016/10/melted-jack-o-lantern-brownies/)

Although these brownies are a bit more time-consuming than other recipes in this thread, these are sure to impress anyone you share them with. Get creative and use different cylindrical candies (Rolos, marshmallows, Reese’s, etc) to form the pumpkin and to add a surprise element to your treats!

8. Hocus Pocus-Inspired S’mores Pops

Remember the classic Disney movie “Hocus Pocus” from your childhood? Bring on the nostalgia with this creative take on s’mores.

9. Lollipop Ghosts
