If you are anything like me, you are constantly looking for a quick easy meal to make, yet with nothing at the top of your mind you end up diving into the next ramen package. Luckily for you, I have come up with three tasty meals you can make in 15 minutes or less. Up first: breakfast.
1. Breakfast
What you will need: 1 slice of pumpernickle bread, 1 egg, 1 avocado sliced in half, salt, pepper
First slice the bread and toss it in the toaster while poaching the egg. Once your bread is perfectly toasted, spread the avocado on top of the toast. Toss the egg over the avocado and add some salt and pepper to taste.

2. Lunch
What you will need: 1 handful spinach, 1 handful lettuce, mozzarella cheese, cucumber slices, croutons and a dressing of your choice.
You can throw all these ingredients together or mix in your own favorites. Stick it in a mason jar to make super cute and super easy to take to class.

Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of your fillet. Throw the salmon in the oven at 350 degrees for about 7 minutes, and bam! Dinner! Easy as can be.
