I don’t know about all of you, but I love Starbucks. Like, I’m pretty sure I’m going to marry my Peppermint Mocha. But, as all of you probably know, Starbucks can be really unhealthy. I’ve put together a list of my favorite (and healthy) drinks to keep you in tip top shape for this summer and beyond!Â

1. Teavana Passion Tango Shaken Iced TeaÂ
Calories: 0, Fat: 0Â
It’s so rare for Starbucks to have a drink that has actually no fat or no calories. This tea is great for an afternoon refresher and one of the only drinks that is $2 for a Venti. It’s a pretty sweet deal.Â
2. Caffe AmericanoÂ
Calories: 10, Fat: 0Â
You all can judge me, but I’ve never actually had this at Starbucks. I’ve had the regular Americanos and the Lattes, but never this one! However, I’ve had friends and family that have told me that this is one of the best, low cal drinks on their menu. It has all of the taste of a regular Americano, but with only 10 calories.Â
3. Iced (and hot) skinny lattesÂ
Calories: 70, Fat: 0Â
Now, I usually like my lattes hot, but sometimes an iced latte is exactly what you need on a hot day. When you want a latte at Starbs, the best route to go is the skinny option. All the flavor (and price!) of the original, it’s easy to see why a “basic” order always includes a “iced skinny latte with soy milk and light ice”Â
4. Coffee FrappucinosÂ
Calories: 180, Fat: 2.5Â
Okay, so these are pretty high up on the list of favorite drinks and higher on the cal side too, but they still offer such a good alternative to some of the higher cal drinks (can I say the Birthday Cake Frap?). I recommend having your Frappucinos made with soy milk or getting a simple Frap – like mocha or vanilla to get the most out of your coffee run!Â
5. Â Simple Brewed CoffeeÂ
Calories: 5, Fat: 0Â
Honestly, being the avid Starbucks connoisseur that I am, I sometimes forget that they do actually just make regular coffee. If you are really trying to stay healthy while still trying to get your fix, try the brewed coffee or even order your own pot (yes, you can do that). The coffee is really good – I promise.Â
