Even though May has finally begun and graduation is coming, my stress level is still high and rising. One of the comforts that I find when I’m stressed is reading funny and relatable things on the Internet. Now that I’m graduating, these are the last two weeks I can relate to any humor about being a student. Here are 5 things that made me say same this past week:
-
This one doesn’t necessarily relate to college, but I can guarantee that this is true for all women. Unfortunately we still have to deal with this kind of attitude. One thing I find comfort in it is knowing that we have to deal with it together. Another being that I have met plenty of women in my life to know that these misogynistic behaviors do not go without being called out.Â

With it being the last two weeks of classes, getting up early has been harder to do. Skipping that morning shower is always tempting for those extra minutes of sleep. I think we can all relate that sometimes it’s just way easier to wear a hat or throw your hair up into a bun. Those extra minutes of sleep are definitely worth it. Â

Skipping class is always my favorite luxury…until you get that notification from the class you missed. Whether you use D2L or blackboard, I think we can all agree that me days are definitely a necessity. They always seem like a good idea until you get to the next class and realize you have no idea what your professor is talking about.

With finals week just around the corner, it’s everyone’s favorite time to cram! Those late nights of studying always manage to make me dream of sleep, sleep, and more sleep. My bed has never looked so comfortable! While I’m stressing over studying for finals and all those final papers I have to write, there will be some comfort in knowing that soon I can sleep a little longer.
- The universal problems every college student has is money and grades! Never having enough money seems to be one of the college experiences that everyone has. Worrying about your grades comes next. If you are not worrying about these two things, then are you even really a college student?
