This meatless meal is so easy, I think my boyfriend and I have decided that this is one of our favourites!
1 x Onion
1 x Pepper
1 tsp of olive oil
Paprika
8 x Tortilla wraps
Quorn Chicken
1x Avocado
Lettuce/Salad
50g grated Cheese

Method
1. Fry the onion and pepper in olive oil till it starts to soften
2. Then add the Quorn chicken and continue frying for between 7-10 minutes
3. Add the paprika and stir in
4. Prepare a salad with the lettuce and the avocado
5. Serve it all up adding lettuce and cheese to each wrap (there should be plenty to serve 2 with leftovers for lunch)
