Who doesn’t love a good Valentine’s day cocktail to spice up your life?
I find my recipes on Pinterest, my favorite place!
Let me give you my top 3 recipes for the special day to use with your 21+ significant other or friends.
Ingredients:
- 3 cups frozen strawberries
- 1 bottle of champagne, I prefer prosecco.
- 2tbs sugar
- 1 whole strawberry per cup (Garnish)
Directions:
- In a blender, blend frozen strawberries, sugar, and a cup of champagne (or prosecco)
- If it’s still too thick add about ¼ cup after
- Fill the champagne flute halfway with the mixture and then fill the rest with champagne (or prosecco)
- Add strawberry to the side of the glass as garnish
This recipe makes 6 champagne flutes, perfect for double dates or a Galentine’s party!
Tip: If you want to make this a mocktail, substitute champagne for Sprite, Ginger Ale, or sparkling strawberry juice

- Add the cocktail mixture on top to form a layer of drink followed by another layer of whipped cream- repeat alternating layers until the glass is full
- Add strawberry to the side of the glass for garnish
This is what I will be making this Valentine’s day! So Yummy!!!
Ingredients:
- Agave
- Crushed Conversation Hearts
- Ice
- 1 ½ oz tequila
- 1 oz strawberry schnapps
- 1 tsp agave
- ¼ lime squeeze
- 7 oz Sprite
- Conversation Hearts to garnish
- Lime slice to garnish
Directions:
- Dip the rim of a cocktail glass in agave, followed by a dip in finely crushed up conversation hearts (it’s better when your hearts are a mixture of small chunks and finely crushed)
- In a cocktail shaker vigorously shake tequila, schnapps, agave, and lime squeeze.
- Fill cocktail glass with ice and pour into mixture
- Top with Sprite
- Garnish with conversation hearts on top of ice. It’s very cute when you have a few whole hearts and a few crushed
- Garnish the side of the glass with a lime slice. I find it cuter if you slice the lime in a way that you get a perfect circle and you can either put it fully in the drink, pressed against the glass, or on the rim of the glass.
Tip: You can substitute agave for simple syrup
