Galentine’s Day is right around the corner, and it’s time to start thinking about where you’ll be spending February 13th with your best gal friends. The perfect Galentine’s Day restaurant must include delicious food/fun drinks, an Instagramable atmosphere, and overall good vibes for the long overdue gossip session to come. Here are some of the best restaurants in Boston for your Galentine’s Day night out:

  1. Citrus and Salt

A coastal/Baja–inspired Mexican restaurant located on Berkley St in Boston, Citrus and Salt includes a colorful, fun atmosphere with unique cocktails to match. Their sorbet soft serve mimosas will add an Instagram–worthy moment to your evening, and you can have delicious appetizers to share. I would recommend the house–made churros for dessert!

  1. Dillon’s

Dillon’s is a historic landmark turned into a pub-style restaurant located in the Back Bay area. They have an amazing All-American menu with a full bar and patio area that’s popular amongst locals (although it might be a little cold in February). If you’re looking for a good cheeseburger and some loud music, this is the spot for you.

  1. Tiki Rock

Just steps from Faneuil Hall, Tiki Rock is known for great cocktails, fun lighting, and good music. Their menu offers some American food as well as traditional tiki–inspired meals with lots of seafood. If something with more of a party vibe sounds good to you this Galentine’s Day, check out this tropical restaurant and get away for the evening.

  1. Piattini

Piattini is an Italian restaurant located on Newbury Street, so if you’re planning on doing some shopping before your meal this could be a great option. Piattini uses fresh ingredients from carefully selected vendors and has a large selection of wines. Each wine comes with a card containing details on the tasting notes, region, and other interesting facts about the wine. This would be a classic, quieter Galentine’s Day destination.

Where will you be spending your Galentine’s Day? A bustling pub, a cocktail bar with fun drinks, or a quiet and more refined venue? Whatever you decide, spend the evening with your closest friends and make sure it’s a night to remember.
