We’ve seen it all over TikTok and Instagram… the foxy eye trend. The trend was made popular based on high profile models like Bella Hadid and Kendell Jenner. It seems to be a signature look in the runway model world with the top models sporting the look. What if I told you didn’t need to shave off those brows you took forever to grow to get that foxy eye look?
Start out with brushing your eyebrow hair ups and out. Use your favorite gel to keep the brows standing up and follow your normal brow routine. Then use concealer to make your brows as straight as possible along the bottom.
Next, add some liquid of cream highlight on the outer edges of the nose, middle of the nose, around the bottom lip, and on the high points of the face to brighten up the face.
Add some dark contour shade higher than usual to carve out your cheekbones and along the edges of the hairline. If you have a more rounded face you can bring the contour down the sides of the cheekbones. You can use a bronzer on top to give some warmth to the face.
Then add contour on the tip of your nose and create two thin lines going down the center of the nose with a little space in-between. Finish off the button nose look by adding some bronzer along the top of the nose.
If you choose to use eyeshadow use tap or an eyeshadow shield to get a sharp angle up. This creates a more sharp and uplifted shape. When you add colors into your crease make sure that you blend the eyeshadow well but don’t blend it onto your lid.
You can get the sharp eye shape easily by using eyeshadow as an eyeliner making the wing sharp and going halfway into the eyelid. Use a dark brown shade to smoke out a liner on a sharp angle. Line your waterline including the top and bottom in a brown shade. Then use the same shade to create a small triangle in the inner corner.
