As a part of our thanksgiving theme week, our HerCampus chapter partnered with multiple other chapters to do interviews of each other’s members to make connections and see what other members are thankful for. Below is the interview experience with Lane from Holy Cross.
- What year are you and what is your major? What are your plans?
Lane is a sophomore at Holy Cross. She is majoring in music with a minor in anthropology. As well as receiving a business certificate. She is still unsure about her plans, but has plenty of time to decide!
2. Why did you join HerCampus?
Lane joined HerCampus because she loved the idea of girls supporting girls and that alone was encouraging to her as it is important to her. As well as to all of us!
3. What is your favorite part of the club and what are you thankful for being a member of HerCampus?
Her favorite part of the club is being with her friends as they joined her and being able to be creative/collaborative with ideas and articles. She’s thankful to be in a club with them and have them as go to’s.
4. Outside of HerCampus, what are you thankful for?
Aside from HerCampus Lane is thankful to get through this semester as it has kept her very busy. As well as the supportive family that helps her through stressful or tough times. Along with her dog Oreo that she is thankful for.
5. Any fun facts about yourself or something to share with other members/readers?
Something to share with everyone is that Lane has her song on Spotify. It is called “Rio” by Lane Torosian. It’s about wanting to get away from everyday stress in life and is something relatable for anyone! It’s an awesome song and everyone should go listen to it!
