The newest addition to campus this week is a restaurant on wheels called Fud Truk (pronounced Food Truck). The Fud Truk will be offering breakfast, lunch, and eventually dinner and late night. Their goal is to provide quick meals for people who don’t have time between classes or meetings to eat at one of the other dining locations, but they also do not want to sacrifice quality or taste. Credit card and cash are accepted, and the hope is to take Gold Plus soon.
