The city of angels is always blessed with beautiful weather, flawless people and the most incredible sceneries. But you’re going to regret it if you don’t know what to do and where to go when you have to plan a date. Whether you and your significant other love museums, parties, outdoors or food, there’s something here for everyone.
1)If you love the outdoors and the nature, then this one is definitely for you. The best time to go WHALE WATCHING is in the fall (lucky you). Most humpback whales are found during this time. The popular ones are Harbor Breeze Cruises and LA Waterfront cruises that start their journey from Santa Monica. I hope it’s a real killer ;)
2) If you and your date have bonded over sports, why not make it fun and go watch a college football game! Whether it’s a victory for the SC Trojans or UCLA Bruins, I’m sure you’ll win a place in your man’s heart.
3) Tired of going to frat parties? Still want to party? Join WeHo’s halloween carnival from October 31st or say ‘prost’ at the Oktoberfest celebrations!!
4) Spend a few hours at Abbot Kinney, take pictures against the large colorful and inspiring graffiti walls, devour some infamous salt & straw, shop at some of the most boutique-like and exquisite stores ,and eat incredible food @ Gjelina/The Tasting Kitchen /The Butcher’s Daughter (personal favorite thing to do). Then maybe go watch the sunset at Venice Beach.
5) If you’re feeling thankful for the city you live in, take a ride to the Griffith Observatory and take a mini photoshoot close to sunset and enjoy the Griffith Park. Or go visit the LA Zoo and let the child in you ROAR.
6) Love to shop and love to be outdoors? Head to 3rd Street promenade, where you have all the shops from H&M to F21 to your high end brands. Then, spend the second half of your day walking along the shoreline of Santa Monica Beach.
7) BEACH DAY!! Need I say more? Make the most of your time in LA and head towards the nearest beach like Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach or our very own Playa Del Rey. Spend the day tanning and playing ball, enjoying a cold beer and pizza while enjoying the sunset and end your night cozied up near a bonfire. NO, it doesn’t get better than that.
8) Santa Monica Pier, because it’s always a good (romantic) idea/ season to enjoy a day of arcade games @ Pacific Park along with funnel cake and fries (+ win a TOY for your boo).
9) Get fit and spend alone time away from the chaos of the city doing the Hollywood Hike!
10) Nothing says cutest date ever more than a perfect day at Disneyland filled with adventure, romance, and fun! Buy a handful of souvenirs, dress up as Disney characters, pump up your adrenaline with some of the craziest rides. Bonus? Take the cutest pictures in front of the Disney castle and blow up your instagram!! (Don’t forget to carry a battery pack.)
