Trader Joe’s. The land of Hawaiian shirts, fresh produce, frozen pizzas, and cookie butter (smooth AND crunchy!). We all love shopping there, we all hate parking there. However, we often tend to overlook one of the best sections of the store–the Health and Beauty aisle.

This aisle is full of unlocked potential. The products are affordable, trendy, and most importantly–they work. Here, I’ll be running through my top five favorites, but don’t be afraid to try any number of them. Next time you hit up TJ’s for your routine grocery run, save yourself an extra trip to the drugstore by picking up all your beauty and skincare needs!

1. Rose Water Facial Toner – $3.99

Rose water helps to control your skin’s pH balance, as well as control excess oils. This spray is hydrating and refreshing, perfect for right after you wash your face–before you moisturize. It’s also great for a quick refresh throughout the day! And for only $3.99, there really is no reason not to try it.

2. Hyaluronic Moisture Boost Serum – $8.99

Hyaluronic acid benefits every type of skin–from oily, to dry, to anywhere in between. It’s lightweight, gentle, and works wonders by locking in moisture. At the pricier end of this list, it’s still on the low end for high quality serums.

3. Enrich Moisturizing Facial Lotion – $3.99

The perfect daily moisturizer! With SPF 15, this lotion is great to apply in the morning, as it will keep your skin very happy all day long. It’s lightweight, non greasy, and washes off easily at the end of the day! The only drawback is the low SPF, so don’t plan on wearing this out in the California sun without some extra protection. The bottle lasts a long time–and it’s only $3.99!

4. Rich Hydrating Face Sheet Mask – $1.99

It’s Friday night and you need to unwind after a long week of classes. This week, reach for your new favorite sheet mask! At just $1.99, it’s a true bang for your buck. The mask is made of 100% cotton, and it’s 100% Snapchat worthy.

5. A Midsummer Night’s Cream: Moisturizing Cream – $3.99

Give your dry skin some love! This huge bottle of lotion, a steal at $3.99, is truly amazing formula. And, it has everyone’s favorite–aloe vera! Trust me, your arms and legs will thank you for this one.

You can pick up everything on this list for under $25! Next time you find yourself roaming the aisles of your local TJ’s, be sure to give their Health and Beauty section a second glance. You might find your next favorite product–at a fraction of what you’d pay elsewhere.
