Use this warm and soothing chicken noodle soup to cozy up during quarantine!Â
This recipe does call for bone-in skin-on chicken breast, meaning it will take a bit longer to cook, however it yields the most perfect chicken broth for the best soup!Â
Ingredients:Â

3 bone-in skin-on chicken breastsÂ

2 cans of chicken brothÂ

1 bag of baby carrotsÂ

1 stalk of celeryÂ

1 sliced yellow onionÂ

1 bag of egg noodlesÂ

1 bunch of fresh parsleyÂ

3 bay leavesÂ

1 tbsp Italian seasoningÂ

1 tsp saltÂ

2 tsp black pepperÂ

Red pepper flakes to tasteÂ

Directions:Â
1. Bring onion, celery, and minced garlic to a boilÂ
2. Add chicken and boil for 25 minutesÂ
3. Take chicken out, add the carrots, and boil for 20 minutesÂ
4. Shred chicken and add to pot along with seasoningÂ
5. Boil pasta in another pot and cook according to bagÂ
