Starting your last year here at Loyola, is there any advice you would share with the underclassmen?
My biggest piece of advice would be to take your time figuring out what you want to study and do with the rest of your life. I have no idea where I’ll be in 5 years, but that’s the beauty of being young and in college, you can dream and aspire to be anything you want as long as you work hard.
What organizations are you involved in on campus?
I am involved in Sigma Chi. Currently I am the recruitment chair for Sigma Chi, and in the past I have also been the brotherhood chair. I also participate in a lot of music ensembles on campus including the Loyola Wind Ensemble and the Percussion Ensemble.
What does a typical day look like for you?
At least 10 hours of sleep, probably Chipotle, and a lot of procrastination in the IC.
After a long week of school, how do you like spending the weekend?
Blasting Roses by The Chainsmokers and going out with the boys.
What is the first thing you notice about a girl?
The first thing I notice about a girl is her smile. A beautiful smile is undoubtedly the best feature.
What is the most attractive personality trait you look for in a girl?
The most attractive personality trait I look for in a girl would definitely be a sense of humor. There is nothing better than someone that can make me laugh.
What is your go to pick up line?
I think Notorious B.I.G. says it best in his song Big Poppa. ” Who they attractin’ with that line, “What’s your name what’s your sign?” Soon as he buy that wine I just creep up from behind And ask what your interests are, who you be with Things to make you smile, what numbers to dial You gon’ be here for a while, I’m gon’ go call my crew You go call your crew We can rendezvous at the bar around two”
What does your ideal date look like?
I’m absolutely terrible when it comes to planning things such as dates so honestly my ideal date would just be a night where nothing is planned and its completely spontaneous and random.
Finally, what will you miss most about Loyola once you graduate?
I will miss the brothers of Sigma Chi the most when I leave Loyola. My pledge brothers definitely made Loyola feel like home during my freshman year and it will be sad to see us all go our separate ways after creating 4 years of crazy memories together.
