The most wonderful time of the year is not complete without an amazing soundtrack. I think a Christmas playlist is one that has a mix of classic holiday songs and newer ones (c’mon, Mariah Carey has to make an appearance!) That’s why I have curated my version of the perfect Christmas playlist that you can listen to while you’re baking cookies, decorating the tree, or making a gingerbread house.Â

For me, classic Christmas songs bring a sense of nostalgia. They remind me of when I was a kid, eagerly waiting for Santa to stop at my house. Although listening to the same songs every year can get repetitive, it also brings the coziness we’re all craving as the weather gets colder. Adding a newer version of an old classic is also a great way to change up a playlist!
