Mothers, sisters, and friends alike! Who doesn’t want a good stocking stuffer? Whether you are giving a gift or receiving one, these cute and affordable stocking stuffers are sure to make an impression. ~
1. Anything By e.l.f Cosmetics
This company makes extremely affordable, yet high-quality beauty products. They have everything that you will need to make your loved-one smile. They even have skin care and brushes! A nice combination for a stocking stuffer would be the e.l.f Lip Exfoliator ($3.00) and a pretty shade of e.l.f. Moisturizing Lipstick ($3.00). You can find them online at www.elfcosmetics.com or at drug stores and Target.
2. Sephora Collection Face Masks
These are soothing and fun! There are eight colorful masks to choose from. You can get a calming green tea mask, or a redness-reducing honey mask. These run for $6 a piece, but there is currently a deal on www.sephora.com that lets you get five masks for $25.
3. Sephora Travel-Sized Beauty Products
Sephora has blessed us with a whole section of travel-sized products. The great thing about these mini products is that they won’t break the bank. You can go into their store, go straight up to these little shelves and pick anything you want for a much more affordable cost. Plus, if your loved one hasn’t tried one of these products yet, it’s better to get a smaller size (incase it doesn’t work for them). Benefit Roller Lash Curling Mascara can be in your best friends stocking for only $12 (compare to $24 for the full size).
4. Bath and Body Works Hand Sanitizer
Right around this time is when everyone starts getting sick. Prevent it! Bath and Body Works has great-smelling hand sanitizers that would be perfect for a stocking. They go for $1.75 a pop, or mix and match five of them for $6. Stay healthy!
5. Beauty Blender
These. Are. The. Best. Give someone you love the gift of flawless makeup application. This little sponge is great for blending, a streak-less foundation application, and for applying concealer under the eyes. It’s the bomb. You can get these at Sephora for $20. You can buy an off-brand blender for less money, but I don’t reccomend it. The Original Beauty Blender is always the way to go. I once had a Sephora employee say to me “The Original is like the Ferrari of makeup sponges, you can’t go wrong.” Trust me, it’s worth it. Hmm…maybe this one can just go in your stocking?
6. Oil Blotters
During the holidays, we don’t always eat like we usually do. We are hibernating with the comfort of pie and the fact that we have no more tests to study for. So, we might get a little oily. It’s normal! These oil blotters are perfect for the loved-one in your life that needs a makeup pick-me-up halfway through the day. You can get these at Sephora. Bosica Green Tee Blotting linnens are soothing, and cost $10. If you want a slightly cheaper option, you can go with Sephora Collection Calming Natural Tee Tree Blotting Papers, which cost $8. No more shining like a tree-topper in your holiday photos!
“Happy Blending to all, and to all a good-night!”
