I don’t know if this is just me, but whenever I’m in a specific mood I need to listen to music to either match that mood or mask it. For example, if I’m feeling happy, but I want to get hyped, I’ll play loud, fun music. If I’m feeling emotional or down, I have a habit of listening to really sad music and I get even deeper into my feels.
