3 words to describe yourself: Colorful, Zealous, Empathetic

What is your favorite college memory so far?  Freshman year the power went out and about 10 girls piled in my room and we played music on each of our laptops until they all ended up dying, we all tried oreoes and peanut-butter for the first time (thanks, Parent Trap) and played “never have I ever” until the sun came up and we felt like we all really knew each other. We were freezing, but that’s when it really clicked that I had made some great life long friends in college.

What is one memorable moment you have had since becoming involved with the fashion community at Marymount? Voyage to Utopia 2012, it was the first fashion show I really had a hand in planning and producing. There is no academic office or “adult” backing the show, as students we had to learn to budget, prioritize and work as a team. Seeing the packed house and hearing the roaring crowd during the finale walk confirmed that I should be in the fashion industry. I’ve never felt more proud of myself or my peers, we truly worked as a team and created a show that rose above expectations and raised campus fashion show standards.

Where do you see yourself in 10 years? Working in the editorial department of a fashion magazine (fingers crossed for Vogue, Marie Claire, Elle or Seventeen). I want to plan the editorial shoots for magazines – the creative concepts and styling (ahhh, life is but a dream).

What qualities do you look for in a guy? Intelligent, HILARIOUS, passionate about something and with some sort of a style… On a shallow (face) level – I’m a sucker for long hair, light eyes and a bright, contagious smile.

What’s the worse pick-up line you’ve heard from a guy? What game are you reffing? (Context: I was wearing a black and white striped shirt *rolls eyes)

What are your favorite songs that you like to play on your iPod? Such a tough question: Anything Beyonce, Kings of Leon or Florence + the Machine

Favorite place in the world: Easier question: on the beach with my family

Celebrity Crush: 2 way tie: Jesse Williams & Charlie Hunnam

Hot or Not?

  • Guys in scarfs?  Most certainly! I love a man that accessorizes – that means he is brave, I admire that.
  • Leggings and Uggs in the winter? Over it, can we find a new white girl uniform? I’m a firm believer in leggings are not pants (hater).

This or That?

  • Heels or flats? HEELS – work it, I need a glass of watah
  • Mumford & Sons or Kings of Leon? Kings of Leon, they were my first true band love

One thing you can’t live with out: Bangles, I feel naked without the constant jingle on my left arm

What’s your life motto/favorite quote? Life: Dreams don’t work unless you do.  Show: I like my money right where I can see it – hanging in my closet. – Carrie Bradshaw

Embarrassing confession? I’m kind of nerdy I soak up fun facts and try to interject them into every conversation, I want to tell everyone what’s happening in whatever book I’m currently reading and Google is my homepage.
