What activities are you involved in on campus? Volleyball and the science club
What is your favorite part about being apart of the Women’s Volleyball Team? I love being apart of a dedicated group of athletes who share the same love volleyball that I have.
Why did you choose to attend Marymount? Volleyball
Have you studied abroad and if so where and what are some experiences that you took away? If not where would you want to study abroad? I have not studied abroad, but I went to Brazil with the USA D3 Volleyball team to play this past May. What I took away was to be a giver.
What is your favorite thing about Marymount? I like that it is a small school, and I can get to know everyone.
Name 3 words to describe your personality: Strong, independent, and funny
What is a typical day in your life like? Class in the morning, volleyball in the evening, and hanging out with friends in between and after those things.
What do you see yourself doing in 5 years? Finished with grad school and traveling the world.
What is your most memorable moment at Marymount? My most memorable moment was during our home match against Washington College when I spiked a ball into a girl’s throat.
Is there anyone in particular that inspires you to pursue great things in life? My dad
What is your most memorable community service that you have done at Marymount? Judging science fairs at local Arlington schools.
What have you been able to take away from your time at Marymount so far? Don’t be quick to judge someone, because the person you may think you will hate could end up being one of your closest friends.
Do you have any words of wisdom for the incoming freshman that may be planning to major in Biology? Make sure it is what you want to do.
What process do you take to de-stress in the chaos of life in college? I take a day to myself, or I go off campus with my friends to eat.
