November is upon us, and if you’re anything like me that signals the official beginning of Christmas. But for those who aren’t it can be quite a relaxing month, a calm before the storm if you please. Whatever the case, there is nothing quite like spending a November weekend wandering in the city, and even better finding a great deal.
I love shopping, and the sale rack of any store is like a second home to me, but I can’t help but dwell on exactly where that money is going when I purchase those shoes. Sometimes, you don’t want the same sweater as every other person. And while Ikea furniture is most definitely affordable, it doesn’t necessarily put your mark on a home. Luckily, we live in a city filled with creative and talented individuals who devote their hard work to handcrafting and curating one-of-a-kind pieces that can’t be found in the Eaton Center or on St. Cat’s.
So, if you’re on your game hunting for Christmas gifts, or just in the mood to find something new for you, grab a friend, a coffee, or both, and take a wander to these Montreal markets this month.
