Warning!! If you are in the slightest bit hungry, I would recommend eating a snack before reading this article. Thanksgiving 2023 is quickly approaching and my friends are more than excited to host our first year of Friendsgiving. This menu may be a little out of the norm from your average Thanksgiving menu, but it sure will taste good!

  • Rotisserie Chicken
  • Mashed Potatoes
  • Green Beans with bacon bits
  • Buffalo Chicken Dip
  • Homemade Mac & Cheese
  • TaterTot Casserole
  • The famous Texas RoadHouse Rolls
  • Homemade Pretzels

Now don’t you worry I know you were thinking well about dessert… Well, don’t you worry next up we have our dessert menu, and let me tell you these desserts are not going to disappoint.

  • Homemade Brownies
  • Grandma’s Recipe of Cookies
  • Pudding Mess Trifle
  • Good Old Fashioned Pie

I know some of these menu items might not be the average Thanksgiving Dinner option, but you know when we are a bunch of college students living on a budget, you have to make do with what you got. All this food will not go to waste either, a little unconventional never killed anyone. Thanksgiving is one of my favorite times of year and it makes me even more excited that I can celebrate it twice. I get to celebrate with my friends at school and then again with my family. I am so glad that we are going to be able to pull off Friendsgiving this year!! Happy Turkey (or in the case of Chicken) Day to all!
