One of the easiest things to cook on a late night of studying is grilled cheese, and it only requires a few ingredients. Not to mention, it’s quick and you’ll be eating your meal in no time. But sometimes regular ol’ cheese and bread can seem boring, so the Food Network made a list of 50 different grilled cheese varieties to try.

Here are some of HC’s favorites from the list for your college kitchen:

The Classic Grilled Cheese Sandwich For the beginners!

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon salted butter in a skillet over medium-low heat.
  2. Press the sandwich slightly and place it in the skillet. Cook until golden on the bottom.
  3. Flip and cook until second side is also golden brown.

The Avocado Grilled Cheese SandwichAvocado is a popular addition to many sandwiches. Here is one way to spice up your grilled cheese with a healthy addition.

  1. Toss ÂĽ sliced avocado with lime juice and lime zest.
  2. Sandwich two slices of white bread with two slices of pepper jack cheese and the avocado.
  3. Cook the sandwich, flipping it until both sides are golden brown.

The Nutella and Banana Grilled Cheese SandwichWho doesn’t love Nutella?

  1. Spread ricotta cheese on one slice of challah bread or brioche.
  2. Spread Nutella on another slice.
