Best Mizzou memory: Competing in the Miss Black and Gold Pageant. It was super fun and such a great experience.Â
Most embarrassing moment: I was waiting on my friend to pick me up from my dorm. I thought she was outside, so I hopped into a stranger’s car thinking it was her… they looked at me like I was crazy. So embarrassing!
Ideal date: Anywhere where I have the opportunity to experience something new and refreshing!Â
What do you look for in your significant other? Turn ons: Ambitious, since of humor, great smile! Turn offs: Selfish, liars, poor-hygieneÂ

Pet Peeve: People who chew with their mouths open. It makes me cringe.Â
Unique fact: Competitive cheerleading was my life in high school. I would travel to different states every weekend just to compete.Â

One place you wish to travel: I would LOVE to travel to the Dominican Republic. It seems so beautiful!Â
One thing you wish to accomplish this year: I really want to continue to put on great events with my organization, NABJ, and hopefully expand them to get a campus wide involvement.Â
Where do you see yourself in 10 years? I see myself being a successful news correspondent for either CNN or the White House. I hope to use my passion for journalism to make a difference in the lives of someone out there. Whether it is through my actions or through a story I tell, I hope to make a positive impact.Â
