Sabai Dining Hall Opens and Serves Up Southeast Asian Cuisine

Dining hall chefs dished up the new Southeast Asain dishes at the grand opening of Sabai dining hall Thursday, September 8. Tasty entrees include rice bowls, noodle bowls and lettuce wraps. At the opening event, students had the opportunity to sample the new menu and learn about the origins of their meals. 

Sabai is located in Johnston Hall

Lindsay Roseman is a senior at the University of Missouri, studying magazine journalism and Spanish. In Columbia, she is a member of Kappa Alpha Theta women's fraternity, Mizzou For Malawi Steering Committee, and can be spotted on campus touring potential Journalism School-ers.
