Do you have issues with relaxing? Well here are some tips that just might help you during this stressful time of year!

1. Take a warm bubble bath. Bubble baths help your mind body relax.

2. Exercise. Exercising is good for health and it can also help you relieve stress. Do yoga or go for a run. Anything to get your heart rate up and your mind going.

3. Breathing Techniques. Take slow, deep breaths and remember your happy place. Balance both your body and your mind.

4. Read a book. Reading a good book can take you to a different state of mind and help you forget your worries.

5. Cuddle up with a warm blanket next to the fireplace. Nothing is better than being cozy next to the warm fire. Try your hardest not to have your phone by you. Just get comfortable and let your mind take you somewhere happy.

6. Listen to your favorite song. Everyone gets excited when their favorite song comes on. It can make your attitude do a complete 180 degree turn.

7. Cuddle with a pet. Having a pet is one of the most comforting things in the world. They are able to relieve your stress and you relax, even if it is just laying down with them and watching TV.
