If you’ve been asking yourself questions lately such as, “why me?” or wondering why sometimes things just do not work out the way you would like then there is a little trick I’ve learned to help you get through this.
Since I began college, I feel like I have grown into a completely different person. Challenges after challenges and different obstacles thrown my way have been tough, but looking back they were put in my way to teach me a lesson.
The way I’ve learned to grow through these challenges is through the law of attraction and manifestation.
I know, it may sound crazy. But a little life tuning and soul searching can help you grow into the person you want to be. By telling myself and constantly having a positive mindset, I have attracted everything good in life. Of course, not everything is perfect, but ever since I have changed my mindset on that I’ve learned not everything will be. The person I was last year may be worried by this concept, but the person I’ve grown into today would just be okay and accept that not everything is in my control.
The first time I manifested was a little difficult. I was struggling last semester to keep up with my school work, and was worried I wouldn’t get good grades. I knew that manifesting a 4.0 is completely impossible, and so, I tweaked my intentions a bit. Instead of convincing myself that I will have a 4.0, I convinced myself that my work ethic would improve. Telling myself every day that, “I got this,” was the little push I needed to eventually get that 4.0.
By trying to put yourself in a good headspace, whether it be once a day when you wake up or before you go to bed, you are manifesting good into your life. I am a firm believer that what you put out into the universe will come right back to you. By saying in your head or even out loud something along the lines of, “I will get over this obstacle and end out on top,” you are manifesting. It may be hard to initially put yourself into that state, but by pushing yourself you are growing. It may not be material goods or that person you’ve been crushing on since middle school, but things such as abundance, acceptance, growth, or happiness. Just remember, you got this!
