Hey all, welcome back to MSU! With a new year ahead of us, it means last year’s wardrobe is no longer relevant. I went around campus and selected a few student’s fashion choices that stuck out to me the most. If this is a prediction of what’s to come in the year ahead, it looks like campus is going to be boasting with style.
Nicolina, Senior
“I selected this outfit because I thought it was very fashion forward. I wanted to wear something that is stylish yet comfortable.” Her flats are essential to survive the long treks across campus but the silver adds a pop of brightness to her cool hued color scheme. She made sure her earrings matched her sweater, just to keep a balance throughout her outfit. This outfit makes Nicolina feel confident, stylish, all while maintaining comfort.
Dylan, Junior
“I decided to wear this outfit because I loved the flow and the galaxy print of the shirt. My outfit makes me feel cozy yet on trend!” Dylan was so right for choosing a galaxy printed blouse, galaxy print can be found almost anywhere in any store these days. Dylan decided to pair the busy blouse with dark-washed jeans and black TOMS, which balances her outfit out and makes her blouse the main focus.
Kristen, Freshman
“So, my favorite piece would be my oversized sweater! Sweaters are my obsession. They’re great for fall since one minute it’s hot and one minute it’s cold.” Kristen couldn’t be more on point with her statement about sweaters! Sometimes, you can’t predict the temperature on campus or in the halls so toting a comfy sweater around is a must! Kristen paired this gorgeous sweater with leggings and combat ankle boots. Looks like Kristen is ready for the fall!
